Purchased remote start 3 years ago and still works great. I've had a couple of issues and they have walked me through over the phone how to verify that it is in the correct mode (and it has fixed the issue).

You either love it or pay too much attn to detail. I do my best they do theirs... waxed hood on prius for extra protection new white car shows all road scuff unless protected. Need bumper only cause these guys got the rest!
